Alex and Ben exceed all expectations for professionalism, courtesy, work ethic, in plain kindness. This vintage lady was at her wit's end having initial movers bail without completing the contract. Pack it up! Movers was able to recover my remaining items load and deliver within 4 hours of phone call!!

The movers were fast, friendly, and precise. All of my furniture was wrapped and handled with care. Jaz and his crew disassembled and reassembled my baby grand piano quickly and without any issues. I played it and it sounds just as good as before it was moved.

Great moving experience with them!!!! Highly recommend!!! All the staff were extremely kind and very knowledgeable in their craft. Last minute they were able to adjust my out of state move to all occur in one day due to my hoa closing my street on the day originally meant to unload. They started around 5:30am and finished the following day a little before 2am. They also provided a free in-person quote, one free rescheduling with notice, and had the best fair price. They even brought some donuts. Can’t recommend them enough. Moving is one of the most difficult events in a person’s life. Let them help make it more of ease for you

The best moving experience I have had. Jaz (administrative staff) quoted me fair, transparent prices for my move. Another shady company quoted me almost double. She was understanding that I needed some time to book and didn’t blow up my phone weekly to “check-in” (AKA trying to make a sale.) That was a big plus for me. For reference, I moved from Turlock to Sacramento. On moving day, the two gentlemen moving my items showed up on time. They were polite, conversational, and had great humor. They handled my furniture with such care. They actually went out of their way to protect my gaming PC by putting it in the vehicle, rather than inside the trailer. I didn’t ask them to do this/ had no clue until we arrived in Sacramento. I had a back procedure the day before the move and the gentlemen made sure that I didn’t have to rearrange any items once they left. If I remember correctly, I believe their names were Jaz (a different Jaz) & Rob. After setting up my new apartment, they triple checked their trailer to ensure that no items were left behind. I have typically had pleasant movers in the past, but this company and their employees are at the top of my list. I highly recommend Pack It Up Movers. Thank you for making such a stressful and uncomfortable transition in my life joyful. I don’t take your customer service for granted and I hope to receive your services after completing my graduate program.

Jaz and team were a true wonder to work with! They were on time, in command of every task, caused no damage, wrapped, wrapped, wrapped. And, everyone of the team were attentive to details, and remembered what was in almost every wrapped item, making it easy to direct to the proper rooms. If there was an error made, it was ours, on the couple of times when we got it wrong, and caused them extra work. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone. And, we felt they were fairly and reasonably priced.
